Are you guys excited about scholarship weekend? I am, but I am saddened by the fact I will not be here for it. I will be off in Rome, Ga. riding horses. Have I not told you guys? I am on the equestrian team this semester! I guess Coach Jennifer Hoggle thought I had potential.:) It's fun now- I once wanted to quit. I learned that if you just talk it out and have a good day, you feed off of it. I am so much more confident and peaceful around horses than I once was. The decision to continue it into next semester is still a question, but I am not going to bother with it for now. God will help me decide and work things out.  He will prepare the way and my heart. Another thing I learned is to be on a team you have to want it. You have to get out there and say you are going to do your best and seek to improve one thing about yourself. You will be so surprised at what you can do!

About this weekend, do not be nervous. There is no sense in it, silly girls. Just do the best that you can and give it all you got, but most importantly - have fun. You are wonderful the way God made you and with Him you can do anything, but He has to be close to your side. If you are nervous anyway, then know I totally understand. I can remember my own Scholarship Day like it was a few hours ago. Time flies when you’re having fun.

I gave my practice tour for Ambassadorship tonight. I did pretty well. She said I just needed to watch some older members do their tours, but she recommends that for everyone. I am thrilled to know I did well in my knowledge of Mother Judson!
