RESIDENCE HALLS
Barron Hall was named in honor of Julia Tarrant Barron, a woman who was instrumental in the establishment of Judson College and Howard College, now known as Samford University. Built in 1962, this dorm can house up to 102 students. Freshmen are housed on the first floor, and upperclassmen occupy the top two floors.
 Kirtley Hall was completed in 1969 and was named for Anne Elizabeth Kirtley, one of the best-loved teachers in Judson's history. Miss Kirtley began many of the traditions at the college and gave Judson a number of her art objects, such as the statute of Persephone in the Library. A rendering of this statue was inspiration for the logo of the Alabama Women's Hall of Fame. This freshman dorm can house up to 80 students.
The Women's Missionary Union, known on campus as WMU, is a merger of an old building and a comparatively new wing. The south wing dates back to 1925 and at one time was connected by a covered walkway to the old Jewett building, which burned in the 1940s. The north wing was added to WMU in 1958. This dorm can house 82 upperclassmen.
