Residence Life Staff members are here to be of assistance to Judson's residents. Just as every house needs a few rules to keep things in order, every house needs someone to help folks keep them!
Residence Hall Directors (RDs)
RDs provide assistance to residents and serve as a liason between the office of student services and the residents. RDs assure the daily operations of the residence halls are maintained and provide leadership to the residents in the event of an emergency. One RD is assigned specifically to each residence hall. Occasionally, in place of an RD for the senior dormitory, a current senior is chosen as Senior RA to lead the dorm.
Residence Hall Assistants (RAs)
Student RAs serve under the supervision of the residence hall director and maintain a safe, orderly, and supportive environment in the residence halls. One RA is assigned specifically to each floor of each residence hall.
