Network & Computer Support Specialist
Judson College seeks a Network and Computer Support Specialist with skills in network monitoring as well as troubleshooting and repairing hardware on campus. Judson College is committed to serving well the students, faculty and staff in the area of technology, and stays current in regards to hardware and software while also seeking to be responsible stewards of the financial resources made available to the IT Department.
The successful candidate will be proficient in working with Active Directory, Exchange Email, WSUS, Barracuda Spam Filter as well as other system programs. It is essential that the candidate be able to work with diverse faculty, staff and students and strive to uphold the mission of the College. The successful candidate will report to the Director of Information Technology.
The successful candidate will possess experience in information services, working experience with multi-network environment, proficiency in computer software (including Windows, Outlook, Word, Excel, and the browsers), demonstrated ability to efficiently and effectively solve problems and initiate and implement projects independently, as well as the ability to multi-task with accuracy, adapt, work effectively and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
