10/15/2007 - Judson College Again Hosts 'Treats On Bibb Street'
The Judson College Office of Faith-Based Service Learning will sponsor the third annual "Treats On Bibb Street" Oct. 31 from 5 p.m. until 6:30 p.m. This annual Halloween event provides local children with a safe and fun trick-or-treating experience. Local law enforcement officials will close Bibb Street to automobile traffic directly in front of the college, thus creating a huge "block party." Children ages 12 and under are invited to dress in their favorite Halloween costumes and join the fun. "This event has been a huge success the past two years with some 500 boys and girls participating," said Susan Jones, FBSL director. "We’re hoping to make the event even better this year." |
