8/9/2010 - Music Professor honored by Professional Fraternities Association
Photo cut line: Judson professor of music, Dr. Betty Campbell, will receive the Chapter Advisor Award at the annual meeting of the Professional Fraternities Association next month. The PFA includes Delta Omicron and five other music fraternities. Jennifer A. Klafeta of Jefferson City, Tenn., national president of Delta Omicron, congratulated Campbell in an e-mail on Aug. 2 and said that the organization is very proud of the work done at Judson College. Campbell has been a faculty member and chapter advisor at the college since 1976. The award will be presented at the Hyatt Regency in Lexington, Ky. on Sept. 13.
