Judson Student Prepares for Texas Equestrian Competition

Photo cutline: Judson student Jordyn Blackwell of Grand Bay participated in the Intercollegiate Horse Show Association competition on Feb. 26-27 at Berry College where she won first place in the regional championship. She'll travel to Canyon, Texas on March 26-27 for the advanced individual Western horsemanship competition. "I'm very excited about the opportunity to represent Judson College in Texas," she said. "I look forward to the competition; however, it's not all about winning, it's just as much about the experience." Blackwell is pictured with her regional title ribbon and belt buckle from the Berry show. She is the daughter of Kenneth and Gwen Blackwell.
