5/23/2011 - Chickamauga Student Bound for Grad School
Chickamauga Student Bound for Grad School Judson College senior Sarah E. Jones of Chickamauga, Ga. has been accepted to graduate study at the University of Alabama at Birmingham. She will be in the third class in UAB's new master of biotechnology program. After this one-year program, Jones hopes to begin Ph.D. study in bioagriculture. "Agriculture is our largest export," Jones said, "and I'd like to have a career in this field, perhaps working for the USDA." The daughter of Steve and Sarah Jones of Chickamauga, Jones will graduate from Judson with a B.S. degree on June 25. |
