12/3/2012 - Judson College Awards 'Mary Whitfield Lee Scholarship' to Mississippi Athlete
Farmer is the daughter of Albert Farmer and Gisele Bradley and a 2011 graduate of Bay High School. She plays volleyball at Judson and is a pre-engineering major. Farmer is a member of the St. Rose de Lima Catholic Church in Bay St. Louis. "I'm grateful for this scholarship," Farmer said. "It's an honor to receive it." The scholarship seeks to honor the memory of "Whit" Lee who was an outstanding Perry County, Alabama student and athlete. Individuals wishing to honor the memory of Mary Whitfield Lee by contributing to the scholarship endowment may send gifts to the Mary Whitfield Lee Scholarship Fund at Judson College.
