1/16/2013 - Christian Emphasis Week Jan 15-16

Dr. Lyle Dorsett of Samford University's Beeson Divinity School is Judson's speaker for Christian Emphasis Week. Chapel services will be Tuesday (15th) and Wednesday (16th) at 11:00am sharp in the Ramsay-McCrummen Chapel in Jewett Hall. The public is welcome as we learn about "The Spiritual Formation of C.S. Lewis" with Dr. Dorsett.

Yesterday, Dr. Dorsett examined several keys to C.S. Lewis' "effectivenes" (the longevity and reach of his written legacy). Among these were fearlessness in asking big, challenging questions of faith, and being "busy learning to pray." We look forward to hearing about several people and their influences in Lewis's life today.
