On January 21, the pledge class of Judson’s chapter of Delta Omicron, the international professional music fraternity, performed pieces for the Music Department’s monthly “Musical Hors D’oeuvres”program.

Jordan Ross (Grand Bay, AL, sophomore) – “Green finch and linnet bird” from Sweeney Todd by Stephen Sondheim
Jaw Seng Zin (Myanmar, sophomore)- “Allegro” from Sonata in C Major, K. 545 by Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart
Sara Jean Lane (Conyers, Georgia, sophomore) – “Edward” Ballade in D Minor, Op. 10, No. 1 by Johannes Brahms
Blair Carrier (Robertsdale, AL, sophomore) – “The Lass from the Low Countree” by John Jacob Niles
The Musical Hors D’oeuvres series at Judson College consists of short musical performances that allow students and faculty of the Judson Music Department to showcase the talent and repertoire that are being developed over the course of each semester.
