Judson College will host its final Preview & Scholarship Day event of the 2015-2016 school year on January 23. Prospective Judson students and their parents are invited to visit the Judson campus, explore the college’s academic programs, meet current students and faculty, and learn more about admissions and financial aid. Student-athletes interested in Judson’s NCCAA intercollegiate athletic teams may attend Athletic Tryout Day on Friday, January 22 to try out for Judson’s volleyball, soccer, softball, or tennis teams.
Preview & Scholarship Day will begin with check-in and an 8:00a.m. Student Activities session, when campus organizations display opportunities for each student to find her place in the Judson community. Prospective students may spend the night in a residence hall, meet faculty and staff in breakout sessions, enjoy lunch in the college dining hall, and participate in campus tours guided by Judson Student Ambassadors.
High school seniors and college transfer students who have applied to Judson may take a general aptitude academic scholarship test on Preview and Scholarship Day to compete for one full- and five partial-tuition institutional scholarships. Additionally, Judson’s Fine and Performing Arts division will host music and theatre auditions. Performing arts scholarships are available in piano, organ, voice, and theatre.
