Spring 2017 Chapel schedule announced

Judson College inaugurated its Spring 2017 Chapel season with a visit from guest speaker and author Shannon Formby of Captivated Ministries, a Tuscaloosa-based resource ministry serving pastors, organizations, and ministries throughout the country and world. In last Tuesday’s Chapel address, Formby spoke about the role of struggles to refine, not to define, the identity of a Christian. Cynthia White, Chapel Committee Chair, articulated her hope that the Chapel season would be a vehicle to “challenge and encourage students to grow in their relationships with Christ.”

Each Chapel service is a time for the Judson community to meet for a service of worship, reflection, and learning. Judson Chapel events are free and open to the public. All listed events will begin at 11:05 a.m. in the Ramsay-McCrummen Chapel in Jewett Hall on the Judson campus in Marion, Ala. Guest speakers for the spring semester are included in the schedule below.
