IT Update: E-mail Migration
Faculty and Staff:
Migration went well over the weekend. When you first click the Outlook icon on your desktop, you may get a message stating that Outlook needs to restart because of changes on the server. Let it close and reopen. If you have any issues please let Traci Foster know as soon as possible.
There is a small difference in the web interface version of Outlook. Note the instructions here: New Outlook Web Interface Instructions

If you have issues syncing to Judson email on your mobile devices, navigate to your email account settings and choose Advanced Settings > Use SSL. Please contact Traci Foster if this change does not fix your issue.

Student mailboxes will be migrated to the Outlook 365 server the week of Dec. 15-19.
Students are welcome to check email using the usual webmail link (https://mail.judson.edu/owa), but there will be further transition of student mailboxes to Office365 this week. During this transition time, there may be an interruption in email service. We’ll keep you posted about when this downtime should occur.
If you have any questions or issues during this planned interruption in your email account service, please email helpdesk with an alternate email account, and we will be glad to assist you.
