Scott Bullard serves Judson College as Senior Vice President and Academic Dean and as Associate Professor of Religious Studies.  Originally from North Carolina, Bullard holds a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy from Campbell University and a Master of Divinity from Duke University.  After serving at Duke as a Teaching Assistant and working as a development officer for the non-profit entity Stop Hunger Now, Bullard and his family moved to Texas where he earned a Ph.D. in Theology at Baylor University and served as Adjunct Professor at two Texas colleges.  Scott is married to Shannon Desmond Bullard, who is a kindergarten teacher.  Together they have four children: Judson, Desmond, Campbell, and Walker.  In their free time, the Bullard clan can usually be found outside – hiking, playing soccer, or gardening.
