Adjunct or Instructor Position, Mathematics

Judson College, a private college of arts, sciences, and professional studies, situated within the Baptist tradition and located in Marion, Alabama, invites applicants for an adjunct or instructor position in mathematics for the 2019-20 academic year.  The successful candidate will teach introductory courses in mathematics: MAT 103 Introductory Algebra and MAT 105 Intermediate Algebra.  Candidates should demonstrate a commitment to providing students with hands-on and active learning experiences and must hold a master’s degree and must have completed at least 18 hours of graduate coursework in mathematics.

Applicants should submit a cover letter describing their interest in Judson College, their qualifications for the position, and a description of the way in which their faith animates their scholarship and teaching.  Applicants should submit a curriculum vitae with a current list of three references and a copy of unofficial transcripts. Applicants should also complete the Judson College application for employment.
