COVID-19 Update from Offices of Development and Alumnae Relations
Earlier today, the Judson College Office of Development and the Office of Alumnae Relations released the following update regarding their regular operations during the COVID-19 crisis:
“We hope you and your loved ones are staying well during this especially challenging time for all. Judson College wants to play a constructive role in addressing health concerns throughout the coronavirus outbreak. With that in mind, Dr. Tew has implemented the following for The Office of Development and Alumnae Relations for the foreseeable future:
Peggy Darby, Director of Development, is now working from home in Jefferson County and will not be traveling to Perry County. She has access to her emails (firstname.lastname@example.org), so this is the best way to reach her. Her office phone (334-683-5285) voicemail gets routed to her email, so she can return those calls as needed, as well. If you prefer to contact her via her cell phone that number is 205-213-0237.
Beth Poole, Director of Alumnae Relations, will continue to work in the office. You may contact her via her email (email@example.com) or office phone (334-683-5167). Should this situation need to change we will update this notice.
We want to assure you that Judson will remain open during this difficult time and that the work of your college will continue. In that spirit, Judson continues to rely upon the charitable gifts of our alumnae and friends. Please know that we will still be processing your gifts and getting your acknowledgment letters to you in a timely manner. However, if you would prefer Judson to send you one consolidated giving receipt for the entire calendar year of 2020, please let us know. Those receipts are mailed in January of each year. We are happy to do whichever you prefer. Should you have any questions, please contact Peggy Darby and she can assist you.
These are trying times, and things are rapidly changing. Judson College is posting updates regarding our response to the COVID-19 virus at www.judson.edu/coronavirus.“
