Judson College began its Spring Chapel season last week with Faith in Focus Week, formerly known as Christian Emphasis Week, January 26-28. The College hosted Dr. Rhonda Kelley, associate director of Innovative Evangelism and adjunct professor of women’s ministry at New Orleans Baptist Theological Seminary, for three days of Chapel messages and engagement with students.
Kelley spoke on “The Divine” during the week, presenting on “divine calling”, “divine creation,” and “divine discipline.” She was joined in her message on January 26 by her husband Chuck Kelley, president emeritus of New Orleans Baptist Theological Seminary, who led a conference for Alabama pastors that afternoon.
Each remaining Tuesday of the Spring 2021 semester, the Judson community will meet for a Chapel service of worship, reflection, and learning. Chapel events this semester will be held at 11:00am in Alumnae Auditorium to accommodate social distancing measures.
