Judson College Employees recognized for service
The Judson College community recognized eight employees celebrating work anniversaries during the college’s annual employee recognition service Nov. 6, 2018.
Interim President Dr. Scott Bullard, presided and presented gifts of appreciation to the honorees for their faithful service to the College. “We do not worship the people being honored here today,” Bullard said, “but we give thanks for the ways in which their lives point us to Christ. Colossians 3 says, ‘whatever you do…do everything in the name of the Lord Jesus’. That’s what these people do every day.”
Mary Ellen Clements, Assistant to the President, was honored for 35 years of service.
Shirley Hogue of the facilities and housekeeping staff was recognized for 30 years of service.
Traci Foster, Network Administrator and Judson alumna, was recognized for 20 years of service to her Alma Mater. Bullard also announced that Foster has earned a new title, Associate Vice President for Data Information and Information Technology.
Ten-year honorees included Lesley Sheek, Associate Dean of the College and Chair of the Professional Studies Division, and Terrell Underwood of the Security staff.
Staff members recognized for five years of service included: Peggy Darby, Director of Development; Jerry Hobson of the facilities and maintenance staff; Cynthia White, Associate Vice President for Student Development and Volleyball Coach.
