Incoming students had their first opportunity to attend Student Orientation, Advising, and Registration (SOAR) on June 3-4. In addition to meeting with academic advisors and registering for their first semester of classes, members of Judson’s Class of 2016 learned more about life on campus as they met with current students, faculty members, and administrative personnel.
“Our goal for SOAR is to help incoming students begin to find their place as part of the Judson community,” said Interim Vice President and Dean of Students Susan Jones. “It’s exciting to watch new students begin to understand that they can choose a unique combination of academic programs, service and leadership opportunities, and personal relationships that truly makes their Judson experience their own.”
