Pastor’s Conference to be held on January 27

Judson College is partnering with the Office of LeaderCare and Church Administration of the Alabama Baptist State Board of Missions to offer our annual Pastor’s Conference on January 27.  Dr. Scott Bullard, Judson’s Vice President and Academic Dean and author of Re-Membering the Body: The Lord’s Supper and Ecclesial Unity in the Free Church Traditions, will dialogue with pastors about how the Lord’s Supper can be used to promote congregational unity.

Conference activities will begin with coffee and registration in Jewett Hall at 10:30.  Participants are encouraged to join students, faculty, and administrative staff for Chapel services at 11:10 in conjunction with Judson’s Christian Emphasis Week.  The conference seminar will begin at 1:30 in Adams-Armstrong Lecture Hall in the Charlotte G. Lowder Science Building.

Each conference attendee will receive a complimentary copy of Dr. Bullard’s book, Re-Membering the Body.  Lunch will be provided in Archibald Hall.

While there is no cost to attend the conference, space is limited.  Interested ministers may register by calling the Office of LeaderCare and Church Administration at

1-800-264-1225 (ext. 316) or by emailing their names, church names, mailing addresses, and telephone numbers to jstokes@alsbom.org.
